1) The administrator of the Guest’s personal data is: Guest cottages Aleksandra Gaffke, Przyzamcze 19/1 Street, 84 – 300 Lębork.
2) The purpose of personal data processing is:
a) to conclude and perform the contract for the provision of hospitality services,
b) asserting possible claims in connection with damage caused by the Guest or defence against claims of the Guest against Cottages Gaffke Aleksandra Gaffke,
c) documenting the performance of the service for tax purposes,
d) to provide the highest quality of service to the Guest.
Where a Guest has consented to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, Guest Cottages Aleksandra Gaffke processes personal data for this purpose, i.e. to direct marketing information and offers about its products and services to the Guest. In addition, Guest Cottages Aleksandra Gaffke processes personal data of Guests collected by external monitoring in order to ensure the safety of Guests and other persons staying at the cottages.
3) The legal basis for the processing of the Guest’s personal data obtained by the Guest Cottages Aleksandra Gaffke is the contract for the provision of hotel services. The legal basis for processing the Guest’s personal data used for marketing purposes is the Guest’s consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity of the processing that took place before the consent was withdrawn. The legal basis for the processing of the Visitor’s personal data by the monitoring is the protection of the Visitor’s vital interests and the protection of the vital interests of other individuals, as well as the legitimate purpose of the controller. The legal basis for the processing of the Guest’s personal data for the provision of the highest quality of service to the Hotel Guests is the justified purpose of the controller.
4) The Guest Cottages Aleksandra Gaffke transfers personal data to the following entities:
a) companies providing IT support services and IT software,
b) accounting companies providing accounting support services,
c) legal companies (law firms) providing legal advice and legal representation.
5) Personal data obtained in connection with a contract for the provision of hospitality services will be processed for the period of limitation of tax claims and civil law claims of Aleksandra Gaffke Guest Cottages or the Guest, whichever is later; those obtained on the basis of consent for marketing purposes will be processed for the period of validity of the consent for marketing purposes; those obtained in connection with monitoring will be processed for 30 days from the date of recording, after which they will be permanently deleted.
6) The Visitor has the right to access, rectify, delete or restrict processing of personal data. In addition, the Guest has the right to object to the processing of his/her personal data. Access to the data is possible at the registered office of Guest Cottages Aleksandra Gaffke and by e-mail contact.
7) The Guest has the right to lodge a complaint in relation to the processing of his/her personal data to the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, Stawki 2 Street, 00-193 Warszawa.
8) Provision of personal data in the form of: name and surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, child’s age, vehicle registration number is a requirement for concluding a contract for the provision of hotel services. Failure to provide personal data makes it impossible to conclude the aforementioned agreement.
9) Guest Cottages Aleksandra Gaffke does not make automated decisions on the basis of personal data, including profiling.
10) Data entered in the contact form on the website will only be processed in order to answer the question asked or to make a booking. The provision of data in the form is voluntary. Failure to provide the data indicated as required, as well as failure to consent to the processing of the data provided, will make it impossible to send the form and consequently to answer the question asked. The data will be stored until you withdraw your consent to its storage.
