Data processing

1) The administrator of the Guest’s personal data is: Guest cottages Aleksandra Gaffke, Przyzamcze 19/1 Street, 84 – 300 Lębork.

2) The purpose of personal data processing is:

a) to conclude and perform the contract for the provision of hospitality services,

b) asserting possible claims in connection with damage caused by the Guest or defence against claims of the Guest against Cottages Gaffke Aleksandra Gaffke,

c) documenting the performance of the service for tax purposes,

d) to provide the highest quality of service to the Guest.

Where a Guest has consented to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, Guest Cottages Aleksandra Gaffke processes personal data for this purpose, i.e. to direct marketing information and offers about its products and services to the Guest. In addition, Guest Cottages Aleksandra Gaffke processes personal data of Guests collected by external monitoring in order to ensure the safety of Guests and other persons staying at the cottages.

3) The legal basis for the processing of the Guest’s personal data obtained by the Guest Cottages Aleksandra Gaffke is the contract for the provision of hotel services. The legal basis for processing the Guest’s personal data used for marketing purposes is the Guest’s consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity of the processing that took place before the consent was withdrawn. The legal basis for the processing of the Visitor’s personal data by the monitoring is the protection of the Visitor’s vital interests and the protection of the vital interests of other individuals, as well as the legitimate purpose of the controller. The legal basis for the processing of the Guest’s personal data for the provision of the highest quality of service to the Hotel Guests is the justified purpose of the controller.

4) The Guest Cottages Aleksandra Gaffke transfers personal data to the following entities:

a) companies providing IT support services and IT software,

b) accounting companies providing accounting support services,

c) legal companies (law firms) providing legal advice and legal representation.

5) Personal data obtained in connection with a contract for the provision of hospitality services will be processed for the period of limitation of tax claims and civil law claims of Aleksandra Gaffke Guest Cottages or the Guest, whichever is later; those obtained on the basis of consent for marketing purposes will be processed for the period of validity of the consent for marketing purposes; those obtained in connection with monitoring will be processed for 30 days from the date of recording, after which they will be permanently deleted.

6) The Visitor has the right to access, rectify, delete or restrict processing of personal data. In addition, the Guest has the right to object to the processing of his/her personal data. Access to the data is possible at the registered office of Guest Cottages Aleksandra Gaffke and by e-mail contact.

7) The Guest has the right to lodge a complaint in relation to the processing of his/her personal data to the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, Stawki 2 Street, 00-193 Warszawa.

8) Provision of personal data in the form of: name and surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, child’s age, vehicle registration number is a requirement for concluding a contract for the provision of hotel services. Failure to provide personal data makes it impossible to conclude the aforementioned agreement.

9) Guest Cottages Aleksandra Gaffke does not make automated decisions on the basis of personal data, including profiling.

10) Data entered in the contact form on the website will only be processed in order to answer the question asked or to make a booking. The provision of data in the form is voluntary. Failure to provide the data indicated as required, as well as failure to consent to the processing of the data provided, will make it impossible to send the form and consequently to answer the question asked. The data will be stored until you withdraw your consent to its storage.

Cookie Policy

The following Cookies Policy sets out the rules for saving and accessing data on the Users Devices using the Website for the purpose of providing electronic services by the Website Administrator.

§ 1.Definitions

Website – a website operating at www.stylowe-stodoly.pl. External service – websites of partners, service providers or recipients of the Administrator. Administrator – The administrator of personal data of hotel guests is:  Guest Cottages Aleksandra Gaffke, Przyzamcze 19/1 Street, 84 – 300 Lębork. User – a natural person for whom the Administrator provides services electronically via the Website. Device – an electronic device with software through which the User gains access to the Website. Cookies – text data collected in the form of files placed on the User’s Device.

§ 2.Types of Cookies

Internal cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Website’s ICT system. External cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by ICT systems of external Services.

Session cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Website or external Services during one session of a given Device. At the end of the session, the files are deleted from the User’s Device.

Persistent cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Website or External Services until they are manually deleted. Files are not deleted automatically after the end of the Device session, unless the configuration of the User’s Device is set to the mode of deleting cookies after the end of the Device session.

§ 3.Safety

Cookie storage and reading mechanisms do not allow to download any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device. It is virtually impossible to transfer viruses, Trojan horses and other worms to the User’s Device. Internal Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for Users’ Devices. The Administrator is not responsible for the security of Cookies from the Website’s partners. The list of partners is further in the Cookie Policy.

§ 4.Purposes for which cookies are used

The Administrator may store in Cookies information about the user’s preferences and settings regarding the Website in order to improve, improve and accelerate the provision of services on the Website. The Administrator and External Services use Cookies for marketing purposes and serving Users’ advertisements. The Administrator and External Services use Cookies to collect and process statistical data such as, for example, visit statistics, User Device statistics or user behavior statistics. These data are collected in order to analyze and improve the Website. The Administrator and External Services use Cookies to support social services.

§ 5.External services

The Administrator cooperates with the following external services that may place Cookies on the User’s Devices: Google Analytics.

§ 6.Possibilities of determining the conditions of storage and access on the User’s Devices by the Website and External Services

The User may, at any time, independently change the settings regarding saving, deleting and access to the data of saved cookies. The User may at any time delete all Cookies saved so far using the tools of the User’s Device through which the User uses the Website’s services.

§ 7.Service Requirements

Restricting the storage and access to Cookies on the User’s Device may result in incorrect operation of some functions of the Website. The Administrator does not bear any responsibility for malfunctioning functions of the Website in the event that the User limits in any way the ability to save and read Cookie files.

Changes to the Cookie Policy are published on this page. The changes come into force on the day of publication of the Cookie Policy.
