The Regulations specify the rules for the provision of services, liability and stay in the area of Stylove Barns in Ciekocin 43 and are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by making a reservation. Making a reservation means that the Guest has read the Rules and Regulations and accepts their provisions.
The Rules and Regulations are binding for all Guests staying at Stylove Barns.
The Regulations are available on the website www.stylove-stodoly.pl.
§ 2.
Check-in time is from 4 p.m. to 10 a.m. on the following day.
Guests can check-in at the Cottages from 16.00 on the day of arrival
Guests are obliged to leave the Cottages by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
In high season (July, August), the cottages are rented for a minimum of 5-7 days; the first day of stay starts on Saturday or Sunday
In the rest of the high season (May Day, New Year’s Eve, Christmas, Easter, so-called Long Weekends, e.g. with Corpus Christi in June), cottages are rented for a minimum of 3 good days.
Outside high season, the minimum length of stay is 2-3 nights.
Requests for extension of stay can be made by phone, e-mail or in person. The request will be taken into consideration as far as possible. Extension of the stay may also be refused to Guests who do not comply with the Regulations and in case of failure to make full payment for the stay.
§ 3.
Reservations can be made via booking portals and directly with the hosts – by telephone, email or via social media (Instagram, Facebook).
In the case of bookings via booking portals, the rules established on the respective portal apply.
In the case of direct bookings, the booking is confirmed if a prepayment of 50% of the total amount of the stay, not less than the value of one night, is made within 2 working days of the booking.
The prepayment is payable to account no: 89 2202 0000 0003 3429 1854 (Bank Millennium S.A.).
The prepayment must be credited within 2 working days of making the booking.
The prepayment is only refundable if the guest cancels their stay within 30 calendar days of the scheduled arrival date.
Additionally, on the day of arrival, a tourist tax of PLN 2 per each started day of stay/per person is collected (payment only in cash).
On the day of arrival, a deposit of 400 PLN is collected to secure any damage caused to the cottage. The deposit is payable in cash and is subject to settlement on the day of departure, also in cash.
The condition for obtaining a VAT invoice is to be notified at the stage of making the reservation and to indicate the company details, including NIP.
The basis for check-in of the Guest is presentation of an identity document with photo. In case of refusal to show the document, the key to the cottage will be refused.
All dues related to the rental of the house must be paid 7 days before arrival.
Fees for the stay are charged according to the price list available at: www.stylove-stodoly.pl.
The limit of persons per cottage is 8. This limit includes children.
§ 4.
Guests are not allowed to make the cottage available to third parties, even if the period for which the stay fee has been paid has not expired.
Persons who are not registered in the Stylove Barns are not allowed to stay on the premises.
The guest has the right to report to the hosts any remarks and suggestions concerning the stay, as well as to receive the necessary assistance and care.
Remaining in the cottage or leaving one’s belongings in the cottage beyond 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure is treated as an extension of the stay. In such a situation, a fee will be charged for the next day according to the valid price list.
Children under the age of 18 should be in the premises of the Stylove Barns under the constant supervision of their parents or legal/actual guardians. Legal guardians are financially responsible for any damage to the premises of the Stylove Barns caused by their children.
For fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to use heaters, irons and other electrical appliances in the cottages that are not cottage equipment (this does not apply to phone/computer chargers and power supplies). It is forbidden to place objects on a heated fireplace, to use or store liquid firelighters. Only wood may be burned in the fireplace and the fireplace door must be closed. Stylove Barns shall not be liable for any injury, damage to health or other damage resulting from an accident resulting from improper use of the fireplace by Guests during the rental period.
It is forbidden to use the barbecue within 2 metres of the wooden walls of the cottage.
Each time a Guest leaves the cottage, for safety reasons, he/she should switch off the light, turn off the taps and lock the windows and doors.
On the day of arrival, the Guest shall be issued one set of keys to the cottage and the bicycle room. If the keys are lost, the Guest will be charged 100 PLN.
At the guest’s request, it is possible to lend a bath tub for bathing children (up to 12 months), a cot with bedding and a feeding chair. Guests should indicate their wish to use the above at the time of booking. Requests will be accommodated as far as possible
Smoking and tobacco products are strictly prohibited in the cottages. Breaking this prohibition is tantamount to the Guest agreeing to pay the costs of 500 PLN.
It is forbidden to litter the area of Stylove Barns, including throwing cigarette butts on the terraces and in the garden.
Trampling of the flower meadow is prohibited.
Persons not observing the fire regulations are subject to the provisions of the Criminal Code and the Misdemeanour Code.
Guests are obliged to report faults in the cottages on the day of arrival. Failure to report means that there are no faults or damage found
The Guest bears full material responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices, caused by him or her or by persons under his or her care and shall be settled upon check-out according to the valuation prepared by Stylove Barns.
Guests are obliged to segregate waste into containers located outside the cottages.
It is forbidden to store bicycles, prams, children’s cars and scooters in the cottages. Guests may store the above-mentioned items in a lockable room outside (so-called bicycle storage).
Guests are obliged to lock the cottages and the bicycle shed at night and every time they leave the premises of the Stylove Barns.
Guests are obliged to park their vehicles in the parking spaces indicated by the hosts.
Guests may only use gas barbecues provided by Stylove Barns on the terraces and in the garden. Guests may not use their own barbecues or light fires on the terraces or in the garden.
Curfew applies from 22:00 until 6:00 in the morning.
Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the cottages or their furnishings.
§ 5.
Stylove Barns shall not be liable for situations and malfunctions and their consequences beyond their control, or for valuables left in the cottage, on terraces or in the garden.
Items left in the cottage, once abandoned, will not be stored.
Stylove Barns will not be liable for damage to or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to a Guest or items left in it, whether such vehicles are parked in the car park or outside the premises. Parking on the premises of Stylove Barns is free of charge and unguarded.
§ 6.
Stylove Barns agrees to allow pets to stay in the cottages and on the premises.
The condition for the stay of a pet is to declare this fact when making the reservation.
The stay of pets is charged at 30 PLN per day per pet.
Guests bear full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the property of the Stylove Barns by their pets.
Guests are obliged to keep an eye on their pet so that it does not disturb other Guests staying at Stylove Barns.
Guests are obliged to take their animals for physiological needs outside the premises of the Stylove Barns and to clean up after the animal each time.
Dogs are allowed in the garden under the Guest’s care and only on a leash, unless the other Guests agree to let the animal stay in the garden without a leash.
Animals may not use the furniture (sofas, beds) and the bedding and blankets provided in the cottages. It is forbidden to leave dogs alone in the cottages.
Guests arriving with animals are obliged to provide them with a place to sleep (e.g. a playpen), a litter tray and other necessary things such as bowls, toys.
§ 7.
Guests shall report any comments and complaints relating to the accommodation as soon as possible after finding out the grounds for them.
Any complaints must not affect the duration of the stay or the amount of payment.
Complaints will be considered on an individual basis and the Guest lodging a complaint will be informed in writing/email about the manner in which the matter has been resolved.
